1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Order processing includes payment verification, fraud screening, quality check, and packaging.
  • Potential Delays: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather), processing may experience a delay of 1-3 additional business days. We will notify you via email if such a delay occurs.

 

2. Shipping Areas, Time & Rates

  • Shipping Areas: Comulytic currently ship only to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Shipments to Hawaii are available with an additional shipping fee of $10.
  • Shipment Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
    • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
    • Deliveries to remote areas, including Hawaii, and certain parts of Florida, may take 10–15 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be extended by up to 7 business days during peak periods, inclement weather, or due to carrier-related delays.Your order will be shipped either by the warehousing company that we directly cooperate with or by Amazon.

 

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can visit "Track Order" on our website and use your order number or tracking number to track your order.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the shipment date or if the tracking information has not updated within 48 hours, please contact us at:

5. Important Policies Disclaimers

Address Accuracy: The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Your package may be returned to the original sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please contact the US Team and provide us with the correct shipping address, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
